Equipment Orientation:

Have you ever walked into the gym and had questions about how a piece of equipment works? Or, not sure how to set yourself up on a strength machine? Meet with one of our trainers for a 30-minute equipment orientation and we'll take the guess work out of going to the gym. During the orientation we'll show you how to best use the cardio, strength and free-weights. We can also answer any other fitness questions you may have. Fitness Assessment:

A fitness assessment is a great way to determine what your base fitness level is. During the assessment we will assess your upper body strength, lower body strength, cardiovascular endurance and assess your squat. We'll also be able to tell you your Body Mass Index (BMI), body fat percent and lean body mass. You'll walk away from the assessment with a better idea of what you need to focus on when you're in the gym.
