In this discussion, Drs. Chiu and Pakdaman will take you step by step through each decade in life with a focus on optimizing health and staying healthy from age 20 to 80+.

Meet the “Docs”
Dr. Neda Pakdaman completed medical school at Yale University School of Medicine and her residency in Internal Medicine at Stanford University. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and holds a second board certification in Palliative Medicine. She is Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford University and practices locally in Menlo Park.

Dr. Rex Chiu received a MPH from Harvard University School of Public Health before completing his medical degree from Brown University School of Medicine. He completed Internal Medicine residency at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center. He is Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University Medical School and practices in a concierge medicine practice, Beyond Basics Medical Practice, in Menlo Park.
