Our nationally certified trainers will design a safe, fun, and effective fitness program tailored to your specific fitness goals.

Please bring completed Health Hisotry and Waiver/Agreement Form to the first session with your personal trainer.

Small Group Training: A shared training session between 2-4 people. The group determines the fee share, and one of the members will be responsible for making the payment.

Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required to cancel a personal training appointment directly with the assigned trainer and not be liable for payment.

*Training sessions expire one year from the date of purchase. Expiration extensions may only be given under special circumstances.

Certified Trainers & Rates

  • Ryan’s passion for strength and conditioning training stems from his athletic background. He studied at Sierra College in Rocklin, CA, before transferring to Humboldt State University on a football scholarship. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science.

    While at Humboldt State, Ryan interned as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. There he discovered that training individuals and helping them achieve their fitness goals was something he wished to pursue. In 2018, Ryan became a personal trainer for Fit Republic Gym in San Jose, CA, specializing in personal training, group fitness, and HIIT classes.

    Ryan enjoys lifting weights, taking his dogs on walks, and gaming with friends in his free time. His favorite sports are Football and Basketball.

  • Erwin is a Bay Area native, born and raised in the East Bay. He studied at Ohlone College in Fremont before transferring to San Jose State University, graduating with a bachelor's in Kinesiology with an emphasis as an exercise and fitness specialist.

    At Ohlone, Erwin has worked with various athletes in the Athletic Training Clinic on campus, learning the principles of rehabilitation and athletic training. Upon arrival at San Jose State University, he worked as a rehab aide at BaySport Inc and Select Physical Therapy.

    These years aided Erwin in developing a keen eye for various movement compensations people exhibit during exercise. This experience also helped him hone his skills in teaching and explaining corrective and rehabilitative exercises to clients.

  • Alex grew up in Los Gatos and attended Archbishop Mitty High School, where his passion for fitness first began. He later attended Arizona State University, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Technological Entrepreneurship.

    Alex’s enthusiasm for fitness stems from his lifelong involvement in sports. While playing hockey and football—two of his favorite sports—he

    discovered that the work he put in off the field was what truly elevated his performance. He now aims to inspire others to adopt this mindset, encouraging them to not only become more physically fit but also to grow into better versions of themselves in all areas of life.

    Alex holds a personal training certification from the National College of Exercise Professionals and is eager to use his knowledge to help others reach their full potential.

    On his days off, Alex enjoys hiking with friends and family, lifting weights, and spending time at the beach.

  • Watende has been a health and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience working with clients to guide them toward a healthier lifestyle. He holds a B.S. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

    Watende is known for his flexible, holistic approach. He creates free-flowing, non-judgemental environments to facilitate client peak performance. He has experience working with high-demand professionals, pro athletes, new and soon-to-be mothers, and clients with aggressive weight loss targets to provide the most realistic strategy toward optimal health and wellness.

    His experience as a nutrition coach is critical to guiding you toward sustainable eating habits regardless of your goals or background.

  • Raff has been in the corporate fitness industry since 2014 and has over ten years of experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and sports coach.

    He holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from San Jose State University. He is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and a certified TRX Suspension trainer. His other certifications include an American Red Cross CPR/AED and a Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

    Raff has a deep passion for sports and has been a lifelong athlete. His favorite activities include playing basketball, snowboarding, and strength training. He loves to share his knowledge in health and fitness with those who want to live a fitter, healthier, and happier lifestyle.

  • Annalea was born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley. She has a degree from San José State University for a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitative Science. Before SJSU Annalea attended De Anza College where she worked at a physical therapy clinic where she gained experience in body mechanics and aquatic therapy. Annalea enjoys being active, she can be found hiking or weightlifting in her spare time. Currently, Annalea holds a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training Certification, working towards a nutrition certification and is well versed in strength training, core conditioning, corrective exercise, and flexibility training for all age groups.

  • Shadi stands to inspire.

    Having mastered the art of Yoga and personal training over the last decade, Shadi has a hand in transforming arduous tasks like body movement into something special. She has had the privilege to help a wide range of people from all age groups with all experience levels, having a strong ability and desire to adapt to her client's needs.

    Shadi is an experienced trainer with a broad set of skills ranging from Pilates and mind-body practices to traditional strength and cardio conditioning. She strongly stands with the notion that prevention is better than cure, and through proper exercise and persistently maintaining a good diet, she believes it to be the wisest way to stay happy and healthy for years to come.
