General Orthopedics & Sports Related Injuries
General orthopedics and sports related injuries includes a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries, impairments and disabilities.  Starting with an individual assessment identifying the patient’s functional weaknesses, the BaySport Physical Therapist will work with the patient to develop an active recovery plan to get them "back on the field" as fast as possible.
Complimentary Injury Assessment

This program includes an individual assessment of your injury by a physical therapist. Although no treatment will be provided, you will come away with clear guidelines to help you accomplish the fastest possible recovery and return to activity. These guidelines may include specific exercise recommendations, a physical therapy plan or, if necessary, a referral to a physician.
