Mark is a certified massage therapist who graduated from the McKinnon Body Therapy Center located in Oakland, where he is trained to offer Swedish massage, deep tissue, and sports massage. Mark is also a certified personal trainer who graduated from Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts located in San Mateo. Mark believes that massage and fitness go hand-in-hand to help you relax your body and mind by loosening up your muscles with touch and increasing your cardiovascular health and strength through fitness training. When Mark is not working with his clients, he will spend time with his wife and two dogs by either going to the park, looking out for new restaurants, working out at his local gym, or playing video games.
