The 12 Days Challenge not only includes activities that will make you sweat, it will also challenge you to take part in a kind act.

 

How does it work?

You have the option to do two fitness classes and a kind act, a total of 3 activities per day. Ideally, we would like you to start with Day 1 and end with Day 12; however, if you have a favorite class, stick with it. Or, follow the calendar from start to finish, it's up to you!
