We can't think of a better way for our participants to have a great year in 2022 by taking on this challenge. The 12 Days Challenge not only includes activities that will make you sweat, it will also challenge you to take part in a kind act.
You have the option to do two fitness classes and a kind act, a total of 3 activities per day. Ideally, we would like you to start with Day 1 and end with Day 12; however, if you have a favorite class, stick with it. Or, follow the calendar from start to finish, it's up to you!
