Join the Class: Simply select the class title to join - prerecorded (Monday,Tuesday,Thursday) and live (Wednesday at 12PM PT). Live workshop will be recorded and available the next day by clicking the Live Workshop tile.

Length: 4 Weeks

Duration: 7 – 10 Minutes

Days per Week: 4 Days
