We are pleased to welcome you to the BaySport Virtual Studio that offers virtual fitness and mind-body programs designed for educational purposes only. We recommend you consult with your physician or other health care provider before participating in this and any other exercise program. Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Flow & Restore Yoga - *Hybrid* This class encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all. levels.  Slow pace flow focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Zoom ID: 863 1050 1666 Code: 12345                     

Zumba - Our entry-level dance class draws inspiration from salsa, flamenco, reggaeton, and even hip-hop!  Easy-to-follow moves improve your coordination, flexibility, and stamina. Have fun, be healthy, and partyyyy :)

Strength Training  - We'll focus on exercises that mimic real-life movements, improving your balance, coordination, and stability. Using bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and resistance bands, you'll strengthen your entire body.

Crosstrain Circuit -This class will incorporate several modes of training meant to develop overall fitness.  Class will include warm up, cardiovascular exercise, hand-held weights, bands, stability balls, Pilates, Yoga, and HIIT training. Join us!

Core Combat - A core-focused virtual fitness class that blends strength training, flexibility, and self-defense drills to improve overall fitness and combat readiness.

Kickbox Interval Training - A fun fast paced cardio and strength workout for all fitness levels.  Cardio Kickboxing , body sculpting with weights, and sports conditioning intervals for total body strength with core development.

Mobility Mojo -  Feel better, perform better. Reduce stiffness, improve posture, and increase energy. Unlock your body's potential with targeted foam rolling, balance exercises, and slow, controlled stretches.
