Randy Miranda
Randy moved to San Francisco in 2018 from Los Angeles, where he grew up in the suburbs of the San Fernando Valley. He completed his Master’s in Human Movement Science with an Emphasis in Exercise, Sport, and Health from Vrije Amsterdam University in the Netherlands. Randy has been fitness training for 7 years and focuses on optimal functional movement for longevity and goal-specific training for sporting activities like running, hiking, and biking. For his free time, he enjoys running and training for marathons and checking out sporting events like Warriors and Niners games.

Our team of certified personal trainers are here to build a customized training program based on your specific goals and movement assessment.
Contact us today to schedule your first personal training session and movement assessment. A trainer will contact you within 24 hours of completing the form. Training sessions can be purchased in a bundle of 10, 5, or 1 session. We also offer Buddy Sessions that can be split between 2-4 people. All of these session packages are available in 30-minute or 60-minute options.
