FITNESS CENTER RULES

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RULES:

COMPLETE ONLINE WAIVER

Completion of the 237@First Online Waiver Form is required prior to using the 237@First Fitness Center.

NO GUESTS

No guests are allowed to use the fitness center.

GOOD BEHAVIOR

Appropriate behavior of all Center Members is expected. Harassing, intimidating, or violent behavior will not be tolerated.

APPROPRIATE MUSIC

Vulgar or offensive music is not permitted in the Fitness Center.

BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHER MEMBERS

  • Let members “work-in” on the equipment.

  • Return weights and other equipment to its appropriate location.

  • Don’t drop weights on the floor.

  • Don’t rest weights against the mirrors.

SHARE EQUIPMENT

During peak hours (or while others are waiting) limit your time on the bicycles, ellipticals, rowing machines, treadmills, etc to 30 minutes.

WEAR PROPER ATTIRE

Shirts (that cover the upper torso area) and closed-toe shoes are required during workout sessions.

REPORT FAULTY EQUIPMENT

Report any equipment problems to the FItness Center Operator.

RETURN EQUIPMENT

Return all borrowed equipment to the front desk after use.

SECURE YOUR PROPERTY

Member is responsible for the security of all personal property brought into the locker room or fitness center. BaySport Inc, CBRE, and building tenants are not responsible for any member belongings that are lost or stolen in the locker room or fitness center.

LOCKERS ARE FOR DAY USE ONLY

Please remove your belongings at the end of the day. Any items left overnight will be removed and locks cut off.

KEEP A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT

Please help keep your fitness center and locker room clean. Wipe down equipment, throw away garbage and deposit soiled towels in the bin.
