Corporate Physical Exams

BaySport’s Corporate Physical Examinations, also known as the Complete Medical Profile, is the Bay Area’s most comprehensive physical examination.

Complete Medical Profile:

The BaySport Complete Medical Profile consists of the following:

  • Comprehensive Physical Examination (by Board Certified Physician): Extensive medical history and Multi-system review

  • Cardiovascular Evaluation: Resting and exercise electrocardiogram, resting and exercise blood pressure, estimation of maximal oxygen uptake, and cardiovascular disease risk profile

  • Laboratory Studies: Complete metabolic profile and blood count, blood lipid profile, hemoglobin A1c, urinalysis, PSA (male) or TSH (female), and additional blood analyses (as clinically indicated)

  • Body Composition Determination: Body weight, percent body fat, lead body weight, and recommended body fat and body weight

  • Pulmonary Function Testing: Lung capacity measures and expiratory flow rates

  • Musculoskeletal Evaluation: Flexibility assessment and muscular strength assessment

  • Additional Screenings: Audiometry and vision

  • Lifestyle Assessment: Review of physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and sleep habits

  • Consultations: Results consultation, exercise prescription, nutritional recommendations, referrals to additional testing as needed (i.e. coronary calcium score, mammogram, Pap/pelvic exam, colonoscopy, DEXA bone density test, vascular screening), and 3-month follow-up testing and consultation

A La Cart Services:

    • Laboratory Studies: Complete metabolic profile and blood count, blood lipid profile, and urinalysis 

    • Cardiovascular Evaluation: Resting and exercise electrocardiogram, resting and exercise blood pressure, estimation of maximal oxygen uptake, and cardiovascular disease risk profile 

    • Body Composition Determination: Body weight, percent body fat, lean body weight, and recommended body fat and body weight 

    • Musculoskeletal Evaluation: Flexibility assessment and muscular strength assessment  

    • Pulmonary Function Testing: Lung capacity measures and expiratory flow rates 

    • Consultation: Results consultation, review of past and current habits, and exercise prescription 

  • A fingerstick or venipuncture testing for total cholesterol, HDL and LDL-cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose. Additional blood studies to assess cardiovascular disease risk markers are available through LabCorp. 

  • A cardiac stress test with electrocardiogram and blood pressure monitoring and results interpretation by a physician. Recommendations are provided to help you develop a safe and effective exercise training program with appropriate heart rate ranges. The patient has the option of performing the test on a treadmill or bicycle. 

  • A BaySport dietitian will customize a nutrition program for you to help you meet your nutritional goals, help you lose weight and body fat, increase your energy, gain lean muscle mass, improve food choices, and provide meal suggestions that fit your lifestyle, and improve your overall health
