BaySport has worked with a team of nearly 150 professional-certified instructors to teach these classes; typical classes take place early morning, lunchtime, and after work.

This class will improve your overall athletic ability, increasing agility, balance, coordination, power, and speed. Boot Camp combines cardio and strength work in one fun, fast-paced class.

This class is a cycling journey that builds cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as strength. Focused on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport-specific drills, climbs, and sprints, the class is technique and/or real terrain-based, making for an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.

This class incorporates self-myofascial release and passive stretching with the use of a foam roller. Foam rolling can improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and aid in post-workout recovery.

Meditation is more about knowing what not to do and less about knowing what to do. A typical class will start with breathing exercises leading into guided meditations to relax your mind and body.

Pilates mat training is a series of exercises emphasizing core conditioning, body awareness, and improved posture. Regular practice of Pilates mat exercises will improve muscular strength and endurance, balance, flexibility, and posture.

Qi gong involves moving meditations of individual exercises that integrate slow, flowing movements with mostly standing postures and breathing techniques. Qi gong movements are often simple and repetitive, compared to Tai Chi, focusing less on mastering specific forms.
