We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Los Gatos clinic — a place where personalized care and individual attention come first, where you’ll deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment in a 1:1 session format, and where you’ll help patients return to optimal health and function, fast.

You are a Physical Therapist who:

Practices hands-on, evidence-based care in a 1:1 session format and values personalized attention over volume.
Treats a broad orthopedic caseload — sports injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehab, and musculoskeletal dysfunction — and is interested in developing specialty areas like Pilates-based rehabilitation, vestibular rehab, pediatric sports therapy, or exertional concussion therapy.
Thrives on a collaborative team and enjoys working closely with neighboring physicians and referring providers.
Is dedicated to high principles and standards of practice and committed to ongoing clinical growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized, individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, sports-related, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Deliver hands-on therapies, manual interventions, and evidence-based modalities to help patients achieve their goals and return to activity as quickly and safely as possible.
Collaborate with neighboring physicians, referring providers, and the broader BaySport clinical team to deliver comprehensive wellness solutions.
Maintain detailed, timely documentation that reflects each patient’s plan of care and progress.
Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in physical therapy.
Contribute to the BaySport culture of personalized attention, clinical excellence, and creating healthier individuals and workplaces through collaboration.
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one before start date).
DPT or MPT from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Clinical experience treating orthopedics preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skilled in manual musculoskeletal treatments and hands-on therapy techniques.
Strong people and organizational skills, with a genuine interest in building relationships with patients, teammates, and referring providers.
Current continuing education relevant to the outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
