Team Member Role and Responsibilities

Location: Los Gatos

This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities include:

• Performs ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, and the application of cold or heat
• Supervises patients performing exercises in the clinic, gym, or pool
• Provides clear, concise directions to patients
• Reports patient’s responses to all treatments to the treating PT
• Maintains an adequate store of supplies to provide therapy
• Maintains the clinic in a clean, professional, and orderly fashion
• Assists in the general clinic operation

To provide our clients with the best experience, we are asking for the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion or near completion of a Health Science degree
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience applying modalities, preferred
• Pilates reformer experience, preferred
• Previous aide experience, preferred
