BaySport makes every effort to remain a leader in the Fitness Industry with its focus on instructor professionalism, member guidance, quality assurance, and training of instructors.
Currently we offer approximately 300 quality group exercise classes per week at our various corporate fitness locations nationwide. BaySport works with a team of nearly 150 professional instructors to teach these classes; typical classes take place early morning, lunchtime and after work.
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
This is a comprehensive class reared to enhance general strength and conditioning. It will challenge the “weekend warrior” through the use of kettlebells, core conditioning, TRX, and other body weight exercises.
An alternative approach to fitness and health, this class uses a variety of stretches, postures, and relaxation techniques. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC) –
Variety is the spice of life and this class is all about variety! Building muscle helps you to obtain that lean appearance that many strive for. Weights, exercise tubes, balls, and jump ropes are used to strengthen and tone your body from head to toe. Athletic drills are added for speed, power, and agility. Emphasis is placed on proper form and technique. Come join us for this powerful hour and feel your muscles work like never before!
This is a great all levels workout using basic Step moves and combinations. Power Step options are given to increase your workout intensity. Class includes core conditioning and a relaxing final stretch.
This class is a cycling journey that builds cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as strength. Focused on cadence, heart-rate zones, sport specific drills, climbs & sprints, the class is technique and/or real terrain based making for an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging. Designed for all levels. * Please come prepared with a water bottle!
Pilates mat training is a series of exercises emphasizing core conditioning, body awareness, and improved posture. Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, the exercises engage both the mind and body in developing strong, flexible muscles without building bulk. Regular practice of Pilates mat exercises will improve muscular strength and endurance, balance, flexibility and posture. Pilates is an ideal complement to all types of cardiovascular exercise and weight training programs.
This high energy workout includes a combination of contact kickboxing moves with the use of gloves, mitts, and pads; along with, conditioning exercises. It is designed to improve reflexes, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

This class will improve your overall athletic ability; increasing speed, agility, power, balance and coordination. Boot Camp combines cardio and strength work in one fun, fast-paced class. Functional training incorporates movement patterns from a variety of sports to enhance overall conditioning. Emphasis is on developing sports-specific skills and improving core conditioning. Functional training maximizes your training time and helps prevent injuries.
