To that end, BaySport is excited to announce the expansion of our clinical services to a second location in Los Gatos, California. Conveniently located in the Walker Building at the intersections of Los Gatos Boulevard, Samaritan Drive, and National Avenue, patients will be greeted by a friendly staff in a relaxed, spa type setting of private patient rooms, locker/shower facilities, and an open treatment area with a complete line of exercise equipment, flat screen monitors, and Wi-Fi access.
Our goal is to provide patients with professional health services, from topnotch experts, in a warm and friendly environment.
Services will include:
- Physical Therapy (Sports, Work and General related injuries; Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation, Pilates-based Stabilization Programs, and more);
- Executive Medical Examinations (Comprehensive Physical Examination, Cardiovascular Evaluation, Body Composition Evaluation, Laboratory Studies, Pulmonary Function Testing, and more); and,
- One-on-One Lifestyle Training Programs (Lifestyle Consultation and Assessment, Nutrition Consultation, Physical Therapy, Web-based Assessment and Tracking Solution, and more).
